Episode 07: EXPLORING THE TOOLKIT FOR THE NEW HUMAN

Welcome everyone once again to Awakening Together.  I’m your host Sheri Herndon and as always I’m very happy to be here.  This is what I consider to be a sacred container.  I have a great love for containers because they are the membranes around a field, around a conversation, a group, a potential, an emerging potential.  This conversation is a container.  We tend to not think of it that way but when we go deeper into the scientific understanding, or innerstanding, of energetic fields and our combined biofields and the nonlocal fields, we begin to see more of reality, we experience the veils dissolving, we see through the glass darkly and then face to face.  

Our next conversation is a deepening of the conversation I had with Anneloes Smitman on Becoming Future Humans part 1. What was clear in that episode is that we covered a lot of terrain and now it’s time to go deeper.  By going deeper we will be going under the more superficial top layer, and thus are bringing in more of the wholeness that we can access within ourselves.  So think of this conversation as an exploration within yourself.

Who is Anneloes?  

She’s a wonderful friend and she is a futurist, bestselling author, scientist, and systems architect. Her unique and potent educational programs, systemic strategies, and practices have empowered thousands of people and organizations from around the world. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Judicial Political Sciences and her doctoral dissertation Into the Heart of Systems Change, is being implemented worldwide for developing economic, educational, and governance systems for regeneration and thrivability.  Anneloes has a big vision and a profound capacity to ground it in real systems now.

Becoming future humans what does that mean, what are the implications for us in our daily lives, in our relationships and our society. As with everything there is this conceptual level; and we know that we’ve gotten extremely good in our age of technology with concept. But the thing about concept is it remains at the level of ideation and abstraction which is useful but not sufficient for what’s needed now.  Now we need embodiment.  So I invite you to feel with your whole body.  With your full presence.  Surrender into a new quality of listening where you are a 360% tuning fork.  Feel from your back.  This is always a good centering practice.

I believe where we are moving to now is the lived inquiry around how can we embody the wisdom of who we are right now in this moment.  Think of it as a juicy invitation from the universe, from your higher self, from your deepest knowing.  Otherwise you would not be here listening.  Trust that. The invitation is to actually begin to sense into these capacities that we are discovering that are new and emergent.  Because we are always growing, we are consciously evolving, so lean into the experience of conscious evolution and pay attention to the radical newness that reveals itself to you.  


The quality of listening, the sense of your own wholeness - these are the doorways.  We are always going to begin here, with this tuning fork of wholeness.  If we are in a sense of partiality, we don’t access the doorway or portal into the amount of information that can be available to us.  We’re talking about how we are igniting our superpowers.  This field, this container, this conversation is all about how are we catalyzing the next evolutionary step as humans, not just as individuals but again this conversation of together, the we space, the field, the emerging superorganism, the new social body, the Synarchy.  One of my favorite topics, so stayed tuned for an upcoming interview around that.  

This inquiry around what does it take to attract a more beautiful future into being includes who will we have to become, what is being invited for us to discover together.  I have long been a student and practitioner and action researcher into Theory U or Presencing which is all about letting go of what we think we know, dropping down deeply into the stillpoint and your deeper knowing and to the Sourcing Field and to what wants to emerge; as above so below and then pulling that into being.  How can we be more aligned with the natural attractor for the future.  


I want people to feel here how you are becoming a new human, you are participating consciously in a process of our own awakening of your own gifts, genius, capacities. So every moment is an opportunity to listen, choose and to tap into that greater wholeness of who you are, the place where you are already in touch with that wholeness.  Your intuition can guide you.  We have an incredible capacity for the infinite consciousness and wisdom, the infinite potential of life.  We are not finite beings, we are finite beings in matter but not as the field that is the infinite potential. If your mind wants to grasp on to how to make sense of things that you don’t yet understand, let the tightness dissolve and let the mind relax.

We are going to hear from Anneloes Smitsman about many things, including an evolutionary perspective around ego.  A few other themes around the role of feedback in life and how to activate our capacities as future humans and how we can become more intimate with the intelligence of nature, within us and around us and between us.  Not only does Anneloes share her vision of the future potential we all have, but she brings in clear scientific understanding of the new paradigm to help us see more of the patterns of the cosmos as they live inside each of us.


What we are exploring throughout all of these episodes on Awakening Together is the evolutionary curriculum, a new teaching platform, a mystery school of awakening together. This is about creating the new neurology of being a cosmic human, these inner pathways, because the more we are attuning in them ourselves, we are laying them down in the consciousness of the collective as well.  Which is why we have to practice.  Why we have to be in inquiry, why we learn, why we learn together.  This is foundational.  

This is all about the toolkit for the new human.  

We are in a rapid phase change on this planet, we are waking up together because we are in a crisis, a meta crisis, meta culture moment and we’re learning about our quantum powers, we’re learning how to navigate mindfully and how we can do this together.  My invitation to you is to stay present, stay open, stay receptive.  Feel how you are needed and the quality of your presence adds to the field of who we are becoming.
